Our thoughtfully designed curriculum encompasses self-awareness, social awareness, effective communication, and positive decision-making, providing our learners with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and compassion.

Classes are taught as a series based on your school, community or private needs. 

Classes for children and teens are offered as series and can be customized for your school, community, or individual needs. These topics can also be modified to individual student workshops. 

The diverse range of classes/workshops includes but is not limited to:

• Social-Emotional Superpowers: Fostering self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication.
•  Self Worth, Social Media & Safety: A middle school class where students explore the world of social media focusing on cultivating healthy self-worth, making responsible choices, and staying safe in the digital world.
• Healthy Friendships - Building Bonds & Navigating Conflicts: Equipping students with strategies to develop respectful relationships and resolve conflicts peacefully.
• Empower and Lead: A Journey to Personal Growth & Success: Teens explore decision-making, goal setting, and leadership skills, unlocking their full potential to make positive and impactful choices.

Complementing our student-focused approach, we offer parent, educator and community workshops, extending our impact beyond the classroom. Based in Charlottesville, VA, our workshops span the east coast, empowering schools, corporations, and community groups. Workshops include but are not limited to:
